Referral Program
- Lootup Users (“Users”), may refer other first time users to join Lootup (“Company”), using the
Personal Referral Link found in the Referrals page of User’s account on the Site or Mobile
Application. For a referred user to constitute a valid referral, and to earn commissions as
outlined in Paragraph 3 below, (i) the referred user must be new to Company, signing up for an
account with Company for the first time; (ii) the referred user’s account must not be directly
or indirectly under User’s control; (iii) the referred users must register with User’s Personal
Referral Link.
- Referrals cannot be credited to you retroactively or manually. The validity of referrals is at
the sole discretion of Company, and a referred account may be removed from User's referral list
at any time if Company reasonably believes that one or more of the preceding guidelines have
been breached.
- User will receive a 10% commission of the redeemed
earnings of User’s referrals. If User refers
users who have $100 or more lifetime redeemed
earnings in aggregate, User will
receive 20%
commission of the payable earnings of User’s referrals. Commissions are calculated in real time
for each Qualified Action (Paragraph 4) and a log of these Qualified Actions will appear in the
Your Stats section of the Referrals page
- Qualified Action – User will receive commission for all Qualified Actions, which include, but
are not limited to: Survey Completions, Offer Completions, Rewarded Video Redemptions, & Game
Play Earnings. Commissions are calculated on the displayed payout of the transactions and are
not subject to Loot Chests earning bonuses. Fraudulent or Client-Reversed completions do not
constitute a Qualified Action.
- Referral Account Status: To be able to earn referral commission, User referral’s account must be
in good standing. In the event User referral(s) are found to have breached Company compliance
policies, or user is identified as a non-valid referral defined in Paragraph 1, improperly
obtained referral commissions are subject to reversal from User referral commissions at the
discretion of Company.
- Delayed Crediting: Referral Commissions that are generated are calculated in real-time and are
set to Pending Status. Referral commissions are released from Pending status only once the
points have been successfully redeemed by the referred user. Crediting for referral commissions
may be delayed further at Company’s discretion. Once referral commissions are added to User’s
balance, they are instantly redeemable,

Prohibited Promotion: Users may not promote their Lootup referral links through any of the
following methods
- Incentives/Rewards - you may not compensate referrals in any way to sign up to Lootup.
- No Brand Bidding - you may not bid on any Lootup branding when utilizing paid marketing. Prohibited keywords included, but are not limited to: Lootup, Loot up, LootUp, Lootupme, Lootup.me, Lootup App, etc.
- Spam - do not spam your referral link on social media, blogs, forums, or places where referral links are not welcome.
Any use of prohibited promotional methods may result in forfeiture of all referral commissions, removal from the referral program, and repeated breaches may result in account suspension.
